We have unfortunately over the last couple of days had great difficulty gaining access to schools as they have put in new restrictions about visitors during the current Covid-19 outbreak  which we fully understand.

With this in mind and as we are so close to the end of our teaching calendar for this term,  we have today taken the decision to postpone any further lessons until after the Easter break, when we hope we will have a clearer understanding when we will be able to start teaching again.  At the moment we still have space during the summer term to make up any missed lessons and will make this decision and communicate it with you once the Easter break finishes.  Our tutors keep weekly on-line registers, so you can be sure that we will be able to see which lessons in which schools have been missed.

If you are a Direct Debit customer could we ask that you do not cancel your direct debit as the majority of our customers are in arrears and will not have paid up front for any lessons.  We will obviously do our best to ensure that all lessons are completed by the end of the summer term, at which time we will then refund if we have been unable to complete.

If you do wish to cancel then our normal terms and conditions will apply.

Of course we understand that this is a very unusual situation for all of us.  To keep up to date with any of our announcements please either use our website or go to our facebook page @Telfordmusic.
